sterile processing areas.

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to support our customers
throughout the project lifecycle with technical product and planning
expertise on new construction and renovation projects. It is
incumbent on the PEs to instill absolute customer confidence in the
development and implementation of Belimed's proposed solution. This
is remote position ideally located in Northern California.

Responsibilities:
    * Design and develop layouts of Sterile Processing and Operating
Room environments to incorporate Belimed equipment. Employ knowledge
of best practices to ensure effective work flows. Ability to use
AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
    * Develop and maintain an expertise related to the Sterile
Processing industry and Belimed products. Utilize expertise to
support Belimed sales force as primary technical consultant.
    * Utilize analytical planning tools to complete sizing studies
and capacity analysis. Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs.
    * Employ 3D models and workflow simulation to create and present
solutions.
    * Build and maintain relationships with architects, equipment
planners, and engineering consultants. Support these groups as
industry and product expert through-out project planning efforts.
    * Attend project and construction planning meetings. Interface
with architects, engineers, equipment planners, and contractors to
ensure that Belimed products are seamlessly incorporated into designs
and installed properly.
    * Participate in critical sales activities including
presentations, RFP responses, and site visits.
    * Participate in territory sales reviews including projects
analysis, lead and pipeline analysis, and win/loss analysis.
    * Interface with Belimed HQ to promote process improvement and to
relay critical knowledge learned in field activities.
Qualifications:
    * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture Required
    * Proven experience designing and developing layouts using
AutoCAD and Revit
    * Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
    * Proven problem solving ability
    * Ability to travel 30-50% nationally
    * Willingness to create and lead presentations for current and
potential customers
