Job Title: Senior Engineer

Location: Calgary, Alberta
Reports to: Breanne Everett, CEO
Level: Senior
Type of Position: Full-Time, 40h per week

General Description:
• Develop projects from concept to completion; the first project
encompasses development of the
company’s flagship project, the SurroGait Insole and Back Display
(patent pending)
•Design and testing of low power pressure sensors
•Integrating wireless communication protocols in embedded systems
•Conduct of field investigations; preparation of reports for problems or issues
•Mentor and evaluate electrical engineering staff and design team
•Works with project managers to assure work meets business needs,
applicable codes and
standards of quality

Key Competencies:
•Strong leadership and analytical skills
•Effective communication and organizational skills
•Good interpersonal and people management skills

Technical Skills:
•Experience with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
•Experience with circuit and digital design in embedded systems
•Competent in the C# programming language

Work Experience Requirements:
•Minimum 5y+ prior experience in embedded system development

Educational Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Software Engineering
•Appropriate License Maintenance

Compensation:
•$70 000 salary annually
•Stock Option Agreement for 120 000 company shares (2.4% of the
company); 5000 shares
exercisable on a monthly basis x 24 months
