MEMS Production Systems Development Engineer

SiTime is seeking a talented engineer to be a key player enabling
SiTime's MEMS-based timing products. SiTime Corporation, an analog
semiconductor company, offers MEMS-based silicon timing solutions that

The MEMS Production Systems Development Engineer is responsible for
leading projects related to the characterization, verification, and test
development of new and existing MEMS resonator designs. The MEMS
Production Systems Development Engineer will work closely with the MEMS
and CMOS design groups to ensure device performance and quality. He/she
will develop and implement new systems, algorithms, and circuit designs
that will enable mass production of SiTime MEMS resonators. In
addition, the MEMS Production Systems Development Engineer will act as a
technical interface to key SiTime customers.

Responsibilities:

* Work with design groups to create and implement test plans.
* Develop algorithms and methods for testing of wafer-level and packaged
MEMS devices.
* Design new architectures for high-throughput test and verification of
MEMS resonators.
* Perform board-level analog design of complex mixed-signal probecards
and test boards.
* Develop optimized data acquisition and automation software using GPIB
and data acquisition cards.
* Implement new systems on automated wafer probers.
* Interface with customers regarding technical MEMS test/verification
issues.

Must Have:

* Minimum M.S or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (B.S.
will be considered with appropriate work experience).
* Excellent programming skills (Matlab knowledge is a plus).
* Experience in board-level circuit design (e.g. active filters, AGCs,
oscillator circuits).
* Experience with instrument automation using GPIB and/or data
acquisition cards.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
* Self-motivation, out-of-the-box thinking, and a desire to work in a
fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

* Knowledge of MEMS technology.
* Experience with data acquisition and instrument control using Matlab.
* Experience with automated wafer probers, such as Electroglas.
* Knowledge of production test methodologies.
