Position Title:
Photolithography Manufacturing Development Engineer-110215

Position Description:
As a Photolithography Resist Engineer with the
Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD), you will
develop and sustain, new and enabling unit
processes in our state of the art 6" MEMS, CMOS
and GaAs production facilities located along the
Front Range in Northern Colorado. We are looking
to hire a talented, highly motivated engineer to
develop and support new and emerging MEMS based
micro fabrication technologies, as well as
development and manufacture for GaAs and Silicon
based technology. You will be responsible for
challenging work in areas including:
•Coat/bake/develop track processes for MEMS, GaAs
and Silicon based technologies. This will include
a combination of both new
process/materials/applications development as
well as sustaining on existing manufacturing lines.
•Development of select specialty photochemistry
as well as polymeric materials (BCB, polyimide,
etc.). This will include material evaluations,
applications and ultimately, implementation into manufacturing.
•Focus on select cure applications for various
materials (applications, techniques and optimization).
•New tooling selection, acceptance and start-up
as well as optimization and upgrade work to
improve performance on tooling platforms.
•Improvements on existing unit processes to
deliver highly robust and consistent, high
quality results. This will also include cost reductions and yield improvements.
•Deliver robust solutions to address development
and manufacturing issues and problems (in
collaboration with various development teams,
equipment maintenance and operational organizations).
This position comes with a broad and rewarding
set of responsibilities in support of new process
development along with existing volume
manufacture. You will be looking at new materials
and applications, exploring new processes and
optimization, establishing robust processes and
develop and roll newly developed processes into
high volume manufacture. You'll spend time
conducting experimental design and data analysis
to support process changes, ensuring the
identification and resolution of yield and defect
issues and communicating results across our organization.

Qualifications:
•BS (MS or higher preferred) in EE, ME, ChE,
Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry.
•Experience/expertise in Litho processing and/or
applications development for resist and/or other specialty litho materials.
•Familiarity/expertise/exposure to engineering
fundamentals to support core job functions.
•Understanding of general processing
techniques/concepts for silicon based MEMS
devices and/or GaAs applications a strong plus.
•Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results.
•Track record of self-motivated learning.
•Strong teamwork skills.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver improvements within a team environment.
•U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
•Recent graduates are welcomed to apply
