The Clorox Company is looking for undergraduate
students in Industrial Design interested in a 3
month internship opportunity. We have two time
periods that we would like to fill, January -
April 2009 and May – August 2009. The intern
will work at our Research & Development Technical
Center at 7200 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA. 94588.
The internship position involves contributing
both as an individual and as part of a team
toward project work for consumer products
packaging. You will be an integral part of our
internal design team and your responsibilities
will include all aspects of design ranging from
consumer research (working with our internal
research group) to conceptualization to CAD work.
Interns will participate on cross-functional
teams designing packaging across the wide range
of brands under the Clorox brand. (STP, Armor
All, Hidden Valley, Brita, Green Works, etc.)
Some travel may be required as dictated by project(s).

Qualifications: Must be a Junior or Senior
student in Industrial Design. Candidates must
have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher, be a U.S.
citizen or permanent resident and have legal
right to regular employment in the U.S.
Pay Type: Paid internship. Free shuttle to
Clorox from Dublin/Pleasanton BART station and
ACE Train Pleasanton station provided.
