PRS Medical Technologies Inc, an early stage medical device start-up located
in Menlo Park, is seeking a hands-on engineering intern to assist in R&D
activities. Work involves designing, prototyping and testing of mechanical
systems. The candidate must be proficient with Solidworks and be competent
in the machine shop. Knowledge of RF welding, fluid mechanics, FEA/FEM, and
structural mechanics is a plus. Ideal candidate should also be familiar
with different force and pressure sensors and test equipment like tensile
testers.
