I am working on an exciting new project to
recruit individuals for a design team
expansion. The positions are with a stable
start-up in the Bay Area that has been around for
over a half dozen years. They are posed for real
growth and change. The company is currently in
over 50 countries and expanding. They have
secured some major funding that will allow them
to increase their market share and take their
product to a new level. Compensation will be
competitive and individuals will receive
equity. We are looking for top flight designers
from the Bay Area or will locate the right individuals.
Lead UX Designer – The most critical position is
for a seasoned user experience lead with strong
skills working with websites, online applications or mobile.
· An expert in user experience
· Can lead a cross functional team from ideas to final deliverables
· Think strategically and define best practices
· Strong hands-on interaction design skills
Creative Director – This individual will create
the vision for current and new products. They
will lead across the company in realizing the
vision for all company products. They will
represent the brand across all departments and products.
· A strategic visionary for world class products
· Experience creating new brands and rebranding products
· Ability to provide design leadership across teams and departments
· A true evangelist for world class design
UX Researcher – This individual will be focused
designing and developing outstanding user experience testing
For the company’s products to ensure their viability for users.
· Demonstrate foundational UE research
background for product improvement
· Work effectively with cross functional teams
· Experience with field studies, surveys, personas, etc.
· Usability testing experience or ability to grow the function
