R&D Engineer -- Miramar Labs, Inc. Menlo Park, CA
Miramar Labs is an early stage medical device company developing an
innovative electromechanical product. We are recruiting for a
Research and Development Engineer with strong hands-on abilities to
help design and prototype new concepts. Miramar Labs is currently a
seven person highly collaborative and fast paced company. We are an
equal opportunity employer.
An ideal candidate will have:
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with 0-5 years experience
- Comfort in the machine shop milling and turning precision parts
- Ability to conceptualize new ideas, communicate them to colleagues,
create and test prototypes
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clearly document
designs and testing
Additional Useful Skills:
- 3D CAD experience (preferably Solidworks)
- Experience with LabView
- A basic understanding of circuits
