Mechanical Engineer / Product Designer
SunLink, a rapidly growing solar products company in Marin County in
the San Francisco Bay Area has an immediate opening for a Mechanical
Engineer. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to
participate in the growth of a best-of-class company in the dynamic,
clean technology industry. A competitive base salary with medical and

Requirements
* 5+ years mechanical design experience
* Must be adept with Solidworks, PDMWorks experience a big plus.
* Experience detailing the design of outdoor products or
commercial construction elements extremely useful.
* Practical knowledge of DFM and DFX principles valuable.
* Expertise and familiarity with materials, coatings and
manufacturing processes for use in outdoor structural applications
very useful.
* A background in mass-customization or work for a large
company supporting multiple product lines will also be very helpful.
* Hands on experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools
and document control systems is of utmost importance as well.
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Product Design Engineering
required. Other technical degrees will be considered with the right
complement of applied engineering experience.
* Must have great communication and people skills.
* An interest in Sustainable Design, Green Technology, or Energy
Systems will be of great benefit in the long term.
