Position Summary: Nanomix has full time temp. to
hire intern or biomed associate engineer opening-
IMMEDIATE HIRE (FOR THIS YEAR) starting November 2014.
Education: Biomed or Bioengineering (BS degree minimum require)

An opportunity to work with a world class
nanotechnology team to develop nano-electronic
sensor based medical diagnostic device. The
position requires a technical background with
general engineering and scientific knowledge
along with laboratory experience. The candidate
will be involved with Nanomix design, R & D and
manufacturing and development projects.
Principal duties & responsibilities:
- Establish working knowledge and competence of
Medical Device product assembly, manufacturing technologies, and testing.
- Establish working knowledge of laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
- Establish working knowledge of medical device
production methods and measurement techniques
that employ microfluidic designs and nano-devices.
- Manufacture product in a GMP manner for
experiments, evaluation, and user studies.
- Establish proficiency in documenting Standard
Operating Procedures, protocols / report writing,
procurement and inventory activities.
- Apply Documentation methodologies to comply
with the FDA’s GMP/GLP guidelines.
- Assist Nanomix personnel in verification and
validation of product specifications.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor Level Graduates in Biomedical –
Mechanical – Industrial – Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or Biology.
Engineering project focus, including proficiency
with CAD (Solidworks) design is strongly preferred.
Industry Experience: None required.
Professional Qualifications: None required.
