  TheraNova is a medical device development
company located in San Francisco, CA that focuses
on developing practical solutions to unmet needs.
Through our in house engineering staff, we have
the expertise required for every step in the medical device design process.

TheraNova is currently searching for a Medical
Device Software Engineer. This position provides
design and development support for new products,
as well as manufacturing and sustaining support.
The successful candidate will work with
cross-functional teams to identify and develop
design solutions for electro-mechanical devices
and improved manufacturing assembly processes.

More specifically, in this position, you will:

· perform all aspects of embedded software
design using the C programming language on a Microchip Pic processor
· develop LabVew, Matlab and Visual Studio programs

Required skills:

· BSEE or equivalent
· 5+ years of experience
· Proficient in C programming, preferably on Microchip Pic processors
· Experience with LabView and Matlab
· Familiar with IEC62304 and medical design controls
· Experience with Visual Studio
