ABOUT THE ROLE: HEAD OF CUSTOM EXPERIENCE

Charitybuzz is searching for a talented and
creative business leader to develop the growth
strategy and manage the execution for the Dream
Big program. The ideal candidate must have a
successful track record developing and
implementing a strategic business plan focused on
maximizing new revenue channels.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

STRATEGY: Developing strategy and implementing
company-wide processes to efficiently grow and lead the Dream Big program.

REVENUE: Creating a growth plan to achieve aggressive sales goals.

SALES MANAGEMENT: Managing the full sales cycle,
including qualifying requests, negotiating
pricing, and ensuring each experience is executed flawlessly.

PARTNERSHIPS: Identifying, pitching, and closing
deals with luxury brands to drive customer acquisition.

MARKETING: Driving marketing efforts to increase
awareness and flow of qualified requests for our Custom Experiences.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Creating and implementing a VIP
program at Charitybuzz aimed at delivering an
over-the-top experience for our top customers.

LEADERSHIP: This role requires a candidate who
flourishes in a leadership position. You will
approach the role with an entrepreneurial spirit
and will be expected to manage the entire Dream Big business unit autonomously.

Professional Experience. 5-10 years of increasing
responsibility in leading and achieving sales
goals, growing a small business, business

Pipeline Management. You are already well-versed
in how to track leads using a CRM software.

Team Management. Experience managing with a track
record of attracting, developing and motivating a
team of professionals from diverse backgrounds.
