    * Job Summary
        * Flexiv Robotics Inc. (US) is looking for Mechanical
Engineers to join the Design and Product Team. The Design and Product
Team is responsible for designing and developing mechanical and
mechatronic components for our next-generation industrial robotic
manipulators. You will work with other product designers to create
and refine new designs, build testing setups, and process and analyze data.

    * Job Responsibilities
        * Work closely with product designers to create and refine
mechanical and mechatronic components.
        * Design, modify and assemble testing jigs, conduct
experiments, and record and analyze data.
        * Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers
and system engineers to inspect incoming parts, conduct failure
analysis and improve designs.
        * Document design details and testing procedures and transfer
SOPs to China assembling and testing teams.
        * Manage schedules, meet and adhere to development and testing goals.
        * Provide planning and status information to project manager.

    * Qualifications
        * Master degree or bachelor degree with equivalent work
experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering,
mechatronic engineering, robotics, or related field.
        * Proficient in mechanical design, tolerance analysis, design
for manufacturing (DFM), and design for assembly (DFA).
        * Strong hands-on experience in hand tools, power tools,
assembling techniques, PCB soldering, and debugging circuits with
oscilloscopes.
        * Familiar with C/C++ programming for embedded systems and
MATLAB/Python for data processing.
        * Understanding of motor control and sensing basics and can
create simple testing circuitry.
        * Experience of designing testing experiments for mechatronic
and control systems.
        * Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking,
communication and documentation skills.

    * Preferred Skills
        * Broad knowledge of robotic dynamics and systems.
        * Experience in reliability testing and quality control.
        * Experience in large volume production.
        * Experience in simple machine learning.
