Company description: palmm is a medical technology company that
leverages bioelectronics to significantly improve people's quality of
life. The company's initial focus is in the dermatology space. Its
first product is a long-term "electronic antiperspirant" for people
who suffer from excessive sweating (aka hyperhidrosis). palmm is
located at the Fogarty Institute for Innovation, a top-notch medtech
incubator in Mountain View.
About this role: The Senior Engineer will work on finalizing palmm's
first product design and transfer to manufacturing, and help drive
product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
Qualifications:
- BS Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; MS/PhD preferred
- 5+ years of product experience
- Medical device industry experience, experience with wearable
electronics, electrostimulation, or consumer health hardware preferred
- "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial attitude; prior startup
experience preferred
