NC8 Inc., the next Exploramed company, is looking to add to its R&D Team.
Located in Mountain View, CA, NC8 is building an R&D team to bring an
innovative new device to market. If you like med device start-up
life, if you like to wear many hats, if you want to be a part of
building a company and bringing a new device from clinical trials to
commercialization this job might be for you.
Position: R&D Engineer
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Be a key part in our small team, designing solutions for an
innovative medical device.
Requirements:
* Bachelors or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
* 0-4 years of product development design experience. Medical
device preferred.
* Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with Plastic Part Design and CAD (Solidworks preferred)
* Hands-on prototyping skills.
* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other
team members
* Excellent verbal and written communication of concepts, ideas
and processes.
* Knowledge of FDA regulations and design control for medical
devices, is a plus, but not required.
