looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join our team and grow
with the company.

About the Job

You will be responsible for all aspects of microinverter product
management and building and leading a team. Your team will lead all
aspects of the product life cycle from cradle to grave including
defining new products and introducing them into the market and
collaborating cross functionally to achieve operational excellence.
You will own the product roadmap and introduction process for your
products and will present regularly to company executive staff and
other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap and team with engineering to
deliver comprehensive MRDs and PRDs.
Own the product life cycle and team with sales and operations to
successfully launch, transition and EOL products.
Research markets and analyst reports to develop credible business
cases for product proposals and initiatives.
Be a product expert and credibly represent the technology to relevant
stakeholders inside and outside the company.
Collaborate with outbound marketing director on product launch
activities, messaging, positioning, sales tools, training materials
and competitive briefs.
Grow your team with like-minded A-players.


Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; post-graduate
or professional degree preferred.
At least 10+ years of Product Management experience with an innovative
high-tech company or consultancy.
Excellent communication skills ­ verbal and written.
Ability to plan and organize complex projects and
activities cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute successfully in a
fast paced environment.
