easier to install with our innovative microinverter platform. We are
looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join our small team
and grow with the company.
About the Job
You will be responsible for all aspects of the product management life
cycle including defining the product and introducing it to the market,
providing input and feedback on product level messaging and
collateral, developing sales tools and competitive analysis, and
collaborating with operations up and down the production ramp. You
will also present regularly to key stakeholders internally and
externally including customers, partners, industry influencers and
company executive staff.
Responsibilities
Define product strategy and roadmap and team with engineering to draft
comprehensive MRDs and PRDs.Research markets and analyst reports to
develop credible business cases for product proposals and
initiatives.Be a product expert and credibly represent the technology
to relevant stakeholders inside and outside the company.Provide
technical input to data sheets and collateral, presentations and
whitepapers.Collaborate with PR on product launch activities and act
as a knowlegeable spokesperson for the company.Collaborate with
Product Marketing on sales tools, training materials and competitive
briefs.Participate and represent Enphase and your product area at
industry trade shows, events and conferences.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; post-graduate
or professional degree preferred.At least 5 years of Product
Management experience with an innovative high-tech company or
consultancy.Excellent communication skills verbal and
written.Ability to plan and organize complex projects and activities
cross-functionally.Demonstrated ability to lead, influence others,
collaborate effectively and execute successfully in a fast paced,
start-up environment.
