Do you want to help create the next-generation of humanoid robots?
Come work with our team of world-class roboticists at Meka Robotics!
Meka is a spin-off from the MIT Computer Science Artificial
Intelligence Lab. Our work has been featured on the cover the New
York Times Magazine and has been selected as one of the Time
Magazine's Top Inventions. We have several humanoid robot projects
underway and are looking for the best-of-the-best to join our team.

We're looking for someone who has meticulous attention to detail and
is highly organized. We currently have an open position in Software
and Controls. This position is responsible for writing new kinematic
and dynamic controllers for a humanoid arm and torso. You'll also
maintain, update, and release the existing open-source control
software. An ideal candidate will have experience in most of the
following areas:

* Writing clean, elegant code in C, C++, and Python
* Design of real-time controllers
* Comfortable building a Linux kernel and familiar with RTAI-Linux
* Coursework in robot kinematics and dynamics
* Familiar with open-source package and distro development

Qualifications: Masters in CS or ME preferred, coursework in
robotics, 2+ years programming and Linux experience.

This is a summer job, 40 hrs/week. Pay DOE, from June 1-September 1.
