Director of Technical Operations
Location: Palo Alto, California, with domestic and international travel

D-Rev is an international nonprofit design firm and technology
incubator that develops market-driven products to improve the health
and incomes of people living on less than $4 per day. We utilize
cutting-edge research and technology to design and deliver
world-class products and strategies that are scalable and allow for
people to lift themselves out of poverty. While D-Rev works on a
portfolio of products across multiple industries, our primary focuses
are the ReMotion Knee, a low-cost, high-performance prosthetic knee
for amputees in developing countries, and Brilliance, an affordable
and effective phototherapy device for the treatment of babies with

We are looking for a Director of Technical Operations with
demonstrated ability to execute across the life cycle from product
development to manufacturing scale up and ongoing after sales
support. He/she will report to the CEO and will have overall
responsibility for Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, IT
and Supply Chain Management. The right candidate will have broad
business experience and will be comfortable working in a 'startup'
