>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
>Outstanding communication skills, especially in
>communicating difficult concepts
>Fluency in oral and written English
>Fluency in oral Mandarin
>Team player, self-motivated, self-managed, enthusiastic, persistent 

>Desired Skills/Qualifications
>Experience in engineering software e.g.
>Pro-Engineer, Unigraphics, Solidworks, Moldflow Analysis etc.
>Experience in Tooling Design is a big plus
> * Capability of dealing with insert molding, 2-shot molding, IMD, IML etc
> * Capability of dealing with metal stamping, casting, forging etc
> * High mix - low volume manufacturing
> * Low mix - high volume manufacturing
> * Experience in Product Design is a big plus
> * Design for manufacturing
> * Tolerance stack up analysis
> * Engineering Experience in various types of
> materials and commodity e.g. polymeric materials, metals is a big plus
> * Various types of engineering plastics, silicone, natural rubber etc
> * Metals, Stainless Steels etc
> * Experience with a variety of assembly methods is a big plus
> * Ultrasonic welding, heat-staking,
> snap/latch design, living hinge design, etc
> * Experience with Design of Experiments
> (DOE) to diagnose and resolve development challenges
> * Fluency in written Mandarin is a big plus
