MicroCube, the medical device incubator where I work is actively recruiting
engineers and industrial designers for full-time and intern positions in the
company. There are at least 2 active projects in the incubator, both of
which will be eventually spun out as companies. We have openings for
graduates with prior work experience as well as fresh graduates. The
disciplines we are looking for are industrial design, product design,
mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, biomechanical engineering
and electrical engineering.
There are openings for 2 types of roles:
1. Project Presidents: who can conceive and run a medical device innovation
project and deliver a turnkey prototype
2. Project Specialists: who can take responsibility of a segment of a
project and deliver the results
About MicroCube:
MicroCube is a full-function Medical Device Innovator focused on uncovering
clinical needs, developing breakthrough strategies, and demonstrating unique
and integrated product/procedure solutions via turnkey clinical prototypes.
We concurrently tackle 8 to 16 cutting-edge projects propelled by
self-sufficient teams of creative problem-solvers with instant access to all
necessary capabilities and funding in one space.
In-house capabilities include diverse clinical practice knowledge, concept
development, design, rapid prototyping and IP management, as well as market
mapping, clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
MicroCube has a relentlessly open and responsive culture that actively
mentors innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders as a priority on par
with the clinical innovation.
If your passion is hands-on excellence in medical device innovation, and can
bring high energy with a demonstrable competence in clinical practice,
design, concept and prototype development, please visit us at any time to
explore a relationship.
