	Plinko Gems of Wisdom Here are a few words of wisdom from Team 5: Order parts early. Put connectors on everything. Plan connections to the C32 early, and plan the layout your breadboard circuits before you begin to wire them. Use extra wire on all connections, so that if you move your breadboards, you don’t have to extend every wire. Use consistent coloring on power and ground wires, and try not to use those colors on anything else. Rename your compiler target files with distinct names, so that as you increment versions of your code, you know which version to use. Codewarrior does not update target files automatically, so be careful about what you think is the most recent binary file. For the lab’s sanity, record your sounds last. Don’t be afraid of weird building materials. Clearly define individual tasks, and do it early. Save offsite work for thanksgiving. Continue updating documentation as you go. Don’t pick an over-ambitious project – add complexity as you have time. If something goes into the machine, don’t forget to think of how to take it out. If something comes out of the machine, don’t forget to think of how to get it in. LaserCAM is pretty, but not necessary to look professional. Black duct tape covers all manner of sins.
