Drive Motor Control Board x2

The Maxon motors used for driving require high amounts of current. This is achieved
using two TLE5206 H-bridges for bidirectional control. The motors are driven using
drive-brake mode and motor speed is controlled by PWM. The error flag line of the
H-bridge is not used.
